For the presentation consider the following information:
10 min for student presentation (use the cover presentation template)
15 min for questions
Supervisors should attend the presentation and discussion (in person or via Zoom).
Students should upload the presentation files to the Google Drive folder: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1j7IGncGd421RiKGocnZjqCEeT7hsOe9G at least two hours before the beginning of the event. It will not be possible to copy files with USB pens to the computer, therefore it is essential to upload the files to the following Google Drive folder as soon as possible.

Check with your supervisors/tutors that they are available to attend the Oral Presentation during this period and register this information on the form when submitting the reports
REPORTS
Student will submit 3 reports for the courses of the doctoral program according to the available templates:
a) Advanced Courses and Seminars
b) Thesis project (project plan and development)
c) Laboratory rotation
The 1st year evaluation includes an oral presentation of the "Thesis Project".

Reports mus be saved in pdf. format with first and last name of the student and the name of the report (ex: MariaSilva_AdvancedCourses_Seminars.pdf). Each document must not exceed 100MB.
