 Once you have identified BIOPOLIS/CIBIO as your host institution, please follow these steps:

1.      Request Registration

Ask your BIOPOLIS/CIBIO supervisor to register you as a Student Member. [More information]

2.      Receive Registration Link

You will receive a link via your personal email to register as a New Member of the BIOPOLIS Association.

3.      Account Validation

The administrative services (ETU & ITU) will validate your registration and provide you with a BIOPOLIS/CIBIO account (@cibio.up.pt).

4.      Access Internal Resources

Once your registration is validated, you will gain access to internal resources with your CIBIO account (Enable @cibio.up.pt account in Google). You can now request statements from the BIOPOLIS/ CIBIO Education and Training Unit. [HERE]

5.      PhD Enrollment for FCT Scholarship eligibility

To be eligible for the FCT scholarship, ensure you are enrolled in a doctoral program. Check the application deadlines of the PhD degree-granting institution and submit your application.
